Privacy Policy

Mikey Hearson (“I”, “me”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What I collect

When you contact me through this website I collect:

• Your name
• Your email address or phone number
• The session type you’re enquiring about
• Any message content you include

When you book a session I also collect:

• A signed model release form (if I’m photographing you)
• A session agreement (signed paper or digital)
• Payment information via direct bank transfer — I do not store card details

How I use it

I use your information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Deliver the photography session and final images
• Send you the link to your private gallery
• Follow up about future sessions only if you’ve expressed interest

I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. I do use Cloudflare for site delivery, Google Analytics via Site Kit for traffic statistics, and Fluent Forms for the contact form — these providers may collect anonymous usage data.

Images

If you booked a session, images are delivered to a private gallery. I retain original files and retouched versions for my own reference. I do not publish images of you without your explicit written consent, which is handled via the session agreement.

For Bound sessions specifically: images remain private by default. Any portfolio use is only by explicit tick-box opt-in.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Request a copy of your personal information
• Request correction of anything inaccurate
• Request deletion of your data (subject to any legal record-keeping obligations under Australian law)
• Withdraw consent for use of your images

Cookies

This site uses Cloudflare session cookies for traffic routing and Google Analytics cookies for aggregate traffic statistics. No advertising cookies are set. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner on first visit.

I may update this policy occasionally. Changes are effective from the date at the bottom of this page.
